Stadium Swag ("we," "us," or "our") operates a marketplace where fans can buy, sell, and trade exclusive sports giveaway collectibles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Account information

• Email address and full name, provided when you register.
• Profile photo if you choose to upload one.

Marketplace activity

• Listings you create — title, description, league, team, event date, venue, condition, price, shipping charge, handling time, and photos you upload.
• Items you save to your watchlist.
• Other users you follow and users who follow you.
• Seller reviews you submit, including ratings and feedback tags.

Order and transaction data

• Buyer email, recipient name, shipping address, and any buyer note you leave at checkout.
• Purchase history and order status for items you buy or sell.
• Seller Stripe Connect account ID and payout details, including transfer records, when you sell items.

Requests and alerts

• "In Search Of" (ISO) / Wanted requests — team, giveaway type, player and year hints, maximum price, notes, and your anonymity preference.
• Search alerts you save, including keywords, league, team, and price filters.
• In-app notifications generated when a listing matches your saved alerts or requests.

Giveaway interests

• Your "want," "going," or "notify" responses to promotional giveaway events.

Technical data

• Basic device and usage information collected automatically as needed to operate and secure the app.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To display listings, enable buying and selling, and process payments and seller payouts.
• To match buyers with sellers and notify you when listings match your ISO requests or search alerts.
• To calculate and display seller perks eligibility based on tenure and completed sales.
• To send in-app notifications and, where applicable, push notifications about matches and account activity.
• To maintain trust and safety, including reviews and dispute resolution.
• To operate, improve, and secure the marketplace.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described here:

• Stripe — used for seller payouts through Stripe Connect and, where applicable, payment processing. Stripe receives the details required to complete and verify transactions and payouts.
• Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) — used for checkout processing. The buyer's email, name, and shipping address are collected on the checkout page to complete the purchase.
• Base44 platform — hosts the app and database that store your account and marketplace data.
• Other users — your seller name, listings, reviews, and public profile are visible to other users. ISO requests are shown on the public Wanted Board unless you choose to post anonymously.
• Legal compliance — where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our community.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access and update — you can view and update your profile, name, and photo from your Account page.
• Delete your account — you can permanently delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes your profile and personal data; some records (such as completed order history) may be retained as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
• Manage notifications — you can adjust search alerts and ISO requests from your account.

Children's Privacy

Stadium Swag is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the marketplace. Order and payout records are retained as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
